1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ace 58 website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Access to and use of the ace 58 Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ace 58. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. ace 58 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ace 58 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable limits. ace 58 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

4.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the ace 58 deposit page and may vary by payment method. ace 58 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. ace 58 aims to process GCash withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and volume of requests.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on ace 58 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ace 58 complies with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") laws and regulations. Funds deposited to ace 58 must originate from legitimate sources. ace 58 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 ace 58 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion's terms. ace 58 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions. ace 58 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means.

5.4 ace 58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 All games available on the ace 58 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, ace 58 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. ace 58 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.

6.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on ace 58. These limits are displayed within each game and may be modified by ace 58 at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the ace 58 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, fraud, or any other dishonest conduct;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ace 58 staff.

7.2 ace 58 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit any balances held in such account.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the ace 58 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, and video, is the property of ace 58 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ace 58 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ace 58.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace 58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ace 58 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 ace 58's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ace 58 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ace 58's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy

10.1 ace 58 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ace 58 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments
